Fixture record
The fixture record lists vessels, cargoes, ports and months as fixed. Quantities, freight rates and counterparties are not published. Entries may be corrected as records are reconciled.
Charter basis
Fixtures are made on standard dry-cargo charter forms under Singapore law unless otherwise agreed.
Anti-bribery
Eximwala complies with Singapore’s Prevention of Corruption Act and does not pay or accept improper inducements in connection with any fixture.
