Eximwala Solutions Pte. Ltd.
A Singapore-registered dry-cargo charterer. Not a shipowner, not a broker. The team has fixed bagged and bulk tonnage ex-India since 2021; the Singapore company was incorporated in February 2024 to contract with owners as principal.
What the desk does
It fixes handysize-to-panamax ships for bagged rice, sugar and cement and for bulk grain, minerals and coal, loading at Kakinada, Visakhapatnam, Kandla, Mundra and Chennai and discharging into West African, East African and Gulf ports. It prices port disbursements from its own model of agents’ invoices across 20 ports. It supervises loading, tally and draft survey at the Indian port. And it publishes a dated record of every fixture.

Is Eximwala a shipowner or a broker?
Neither. It is a charterer. It contracts for tonnage in its own name, pays commission, and does not intermediate.
What cargo does it charter for?
Bagged rice, sugar and cement, and bulk grain, minerals and coal, ex-India and the region. Parcels from 5,000 to 60,000 tonnes. Charterer’s liability cover with MS Amlin.
Sustainability
As a charterer Eximwala does not operate ships. It prefers younger, EEXI-compliant tonnage where the port and laycan allow, and does not publish emissions targets it cannot control.
